Grounds only consisting of midway and open space west of midway, restrooms*, one port-a-pot, parking lot.

Specific Area Rental Option for Non-commercial groups of 100 people or less for 8 hours maximum:
4-H Exhibit Building including one port-a-pot and use of dumpster
Picnic Grove Area including restrooms*, one port-a-pot and use of dumpster.
Other Services Available:
Camper Hookups -   Fee includes water & electric
Additional Port-A-Pot -   daily fee for 2nd unit/ additional units for additional fee per day
1 Dumpster & Tipping Fees -   additional fees may be incurred if multiple disposal fees apply.
Food Vendor Electrical Hookups -   Fee per amp or minimum per day
Horse Area Rentals (includes the following): (NOTE: Livestock Building is not available for rent or use.)
Horse Arena, Parking Areas, Announcers Stand and one port-a-pot.
Horse Barns available for additional daily fee
1. + All Commercial and Public Use Event Rentals include access one day for set-up and one-day for take-down in rental fees. Additional set-up and take-down rates are $25.00 per day.
2. * All rentals including restroom are season permitting. Grounds are usually winterized mid-November through mid-April and water is not available.
3. All Events Requiring Security. Crowd Control Or On-Site Emergency Service Agencies Must Be Contracted By Lessee At Lessee's Expense.
4. All Rentals Require A Certificate Of Insurance Be Provided By The Lessee Naming Cumberland County Cooperative Fair Assoc. As An Additionally Insured. Certificate Must Be Submitted No Later Than 5 Days Prior To The Event.
5. All Rentals Are Subject To Permission of Cumberland County Board of Chosen Freeholders And To Permitting Requirements For The City Of Millville. Permits Must Be Obtained At City Hall By Lessee A Minimum Of 60 Days Prior To The Event. Copy Of Permit Shall Be Provided To CCCFA.
6. All Rentals Require A Non-Refundable Deposit Of One-Half Of Rental Fee Upon Signing Of Lease. Balance Of Fee Must Be Paid No Later Than Five (5) Days Prior To The Event. A Refundable Security Deposit Will Also Be Required Based On The Total Facility Use Requested And Should Be Paid By Separate Check.
7. All Other Terms Negotiated For Use Of Facilities Must Be Delineated In The Written Contract And Signed By Both Parties
